Anna Abatayo is currently a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Geography, Resources, Environment, Energy and Networks at Bocconi University. Prior to joining Bocconi University, Anna was a Researcher at the University of Copenhagen’s Department of Food and Resource Economics and the Center for Macroecology, Evolution and Climate. She was also a Visiting Researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei and a consultant for the Asian Development Bank, the Global Green Growth Institute, and the World Bank. Anna is an Applied Microeconomist exploring the intersection between environmental and natural resource economics and human behavior. She works with both observational and experimental datasets, and has conducted lab and artefactual lab experiments in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Anna has worked and published papers on the topics of public goods, common pool resources, biodiversity conservation, and climate change.
