Conference overview
Held for the first time in 1992, AREUEA's annual International Conference over the years has become the leading conference to address global developments in international topics that affect real estate and urban economics. The conference will provide a forum for academics, research focused practitioners and policy makers to present research findings in the areas of urban economics, real estate markets, housing economics and finance, development and investment, real estate finance, and other related areas.

Main Costs
Registration fees
The registration fees include admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, and social events. Accompanying persons can take part to social events (welcome reception and gala dinner) only. The optional tour is not included: see link below. Please note that fees are not refundable.

Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. Milan offers a wide range of accommodations, both in terms of standards and rates, but it is necessary to book in advance, especially in high-season (like end of June). Therefore, we advise participants to make their reservations as soon as possible. A number of hotel rooms has been optioned for the conference. In order to make your reservation, please contact: mice@bcdme.it. The travel team will support you in finding your hotel by proposing possible options and quotations. In order to confirm your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details and your datas to issue your stay invoice. Hotel stay will be prepaid. Please, bear in mind that rooms will remain available until the option deadline and according to the hotel room stock. For any specific additional requests (such as additional overnights, additional beds, double occupancy or any other services) please contact the travel team hotel via email specifying "2019 AREUEA International Conference".

Conference Venue
Bocconi University, founded in 1902, was the first Italian university to grant a degree in economics. Bocconi's modern campus lies in the heart of Milan, 20 minutes walking from the Dome.
