Fabrizio Fracchia is Full Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi University, teaching Administrative Law and Public Procurement. He has published extensively (13 books and more than 150 scientific contributions in international and Italian academic journal) in the following main topics: Administrative Law (in particular, Public Procurement Law, Administrative Procedure and Judicial Review), Environmental Law and Public Law of Economics. Visiting Scholar at University of California-Berkeley, USA, Honorary Visitor at School of Law University of Manchester, UK: Visiting Scholars at Washington University; Visiting Professor at Panthéon Assas University, France; Research periods in Granada, Oxford, Reading, La Plata, Trinity College-Dublin. He taught in Curitiba, Sao Paolo, Dublin, Paris. Director of Law School (Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali), Boccony University and Pavia University (2007-2009 and 2013-2018).
