Sky Technology - Train chaos, what's happening to the Italian Railway Network

Italy can't lose the benefits of high speed network:

* RFI must reduce its reaction time to faults

* RFI has a plan to INCREASE HS services and make them more reliable. Implement it!

* If we cut 10% of trains, we lose 13-15% of passengers.

* Infrastructure in Italy is built where it is easy, not where it is useful. Is this how we want to spend our taxes?
