Baia Curioni Stefano

I earned my Degree in Economics (DES) from Università Bocconi in 1980. In 1985 I obtained a Doctorat de troisième cycle at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences sociales in Paris. Since 2000 I have been Associate Professor at the Department of Policy Analysis and Public Management.
I am responsible for the Arts and Heritage Major in the Ms ACME of the Graduate School of Università Bocconi and of the Arts and Culture courses at the CLEACC Undergraduate programme at Bocconi. I have been a visiting professor at the Phd School of IMT Lucca - Heritage management and development.
I have been Director of the Fondazione Palazzo Te (Mantova) since 2016 and I am a board member of Italia Rugby Federation, Fondazione Piccolo Teatro (MIlano) and Fondazione Antonio Ratti (Como).

EQUI PIERAZZINI MARTA

I am a lecturer in the Department of Social and Political Sciences, teaching on the Economics and Management for Arts and Culture programmes. I have also taught Arts Management on the Visual Cultures programme at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.I received my PhD in the Analysis and Management of Cultural Heritage from the IMT School for Advanced Studies in Lucca and I was a visiting researcher at the Gothenburg Research Institute at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.

I graduated in Economics and management for Arts, Culture and Communication - CLEACC Master of Science at Università Bocconi. Since 2007 I am a researcher at the ASK Art, Science and Knowledge, taking part in and coordinating many research projects dedicated to cultural institutions and art markets. I have been member of the National Museum System Committee of the Ministry of Culture in 2017.
I teach Heritage Management and Transformation of the Cultural Sector in graduate and undergraduate programs ACME and CLEACC of Università Bocconi. I also teach Economia e Mercato dell’Arte in the undegraduate course in Visual Cultures at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.

I specialised with a qualitative assessment on an art-based educational project. As ASK researcher, I work on projects that deal with the intertwining of contemporary artistic and social practices in cultural and urban ecosystems.
Cohen-Solal Annie

Annie Cohen-Solal, Distinguished Professor at Bocconi University in Milan (Department of Social and Political Sciences), received a Ph.D. from the Sorbonne, where she developed a joint interest in history and sociology. Her academic career led to appointments at prestigious universities from Berlin to Jerusalem, New York, and Paris. As a writer, she gained international recognition in 1985 with Sartre (1905-1980), which was translated in fifteen languages and hailed as « monumental » by Le Monde Diplomatique. From 1989 to 1993, she served as Cultural Counselor to the French Embassy in the United States —an experience which prompted her to explore the theme of art and immigration through numerous conferences, articles and exhibitions. Among her books in English are Painting American: The Rise of American Artists, Paris 1867-New York 1948 (prix Bernier de l’Académie des beaux arts, 2000), Leo & His Circle: The Life of Leo Castelli (Prix ArtCurial 2010), New York Mid-Century (with Paul Goldberger and Robert Gottlieb, 2013), Mark Rothko: Towards the Light in the Chapel (2015). As a curator, she produced Magiciens de la terre: Retour sur une exposition légendaire (Musée national d’art moderne, Centre Pompidou, Paris, 2014 with Jean-Hubert Martin); Picasso the Foreigner (National Immigration Museum and Picasso national Museum Paris, 2021-2022), which won the Historia Award of best 2022 exhibition. Her last essay Picasso the Foreigner (Prix Femina Essai, Fayard, 2021) will be published by both Farrar Straus & Giroux (USA and the anglophone world) and Paidós (Spain and the Spanish world) in March 2023. Born in Algiers, Cohen-Solal lives between Paris and Milan.
Monti Alberto

I obtained my Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Bologna (2010). I was a postdoctoral research fellow at Bocconi University (2010 – 2014) and for two years (2007-09) Visiting Scholar at the Stephen Ross School of Business, University of Michigan (USA).
I am currently an assistant professor of Organization Theory and Behavior at the University of Genova and a member of the Art, Science, and Knowledge (ASK) Center at Bocconi University, as well as an adjunct professor at Bocconi and Catholic University.
My research focuses on the relationship between social identity and social networks in organizations, particularly the mechanisms through which organizational identification and informal social relationships affect individuals’ attitudes and behaviors, such as learning behaviors, knowledge sharing, and cooperation. I am also interested in the topics of sustainability, innovation, and corporate governance in the creative industry.
GUERZONI GUIDO

History of cultural institutions and art markets, History of Culture, Cultural Management, Rights Management, Museum Studies.
I am researcher in Economic History and I teach at SDA Bocconi. Since 1996 I have taught courses and seminars in several Bocconi degree programs, in particular within the Bachelor of Economics and Management of Arts, Culture and Communication and the Master of Science in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment. I collaborate with ASK (Art, Science, Knowledge) research center. I was Research Fellow at the University of Sussex (2001-2003), I won the Research Rellowship for the Getty Institute Research Center of Los Angeles (2003-2004), and I was Deborah Loeb Brice Fellow at I Tatti, The Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies (2003-2004). Since 2005, I have collaborated with the Research Department of Victoria and Albert Museum of London, where I am invited as Visiting Professor for academic year 2008-2008. I am contributor to il Sole24Ore financial daily and il Giornale dell'Arte art journal.
