Vernile Scilla

Scilla Vernile is Researcher of Administrative Law at the University of Sassari and obtained the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor of Administrative Law in 2017. She obtained the Intensive International Master of Laws in European Public Law at the European Public Law Organization (2013). She has spent periods of research at Loyola University of Chicago (2014) and Berkeley University (2010). She has published the monograph "Il provvedimento amministrativo in forma semplificata" and is the author of several essays in the fields of Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law and Environmental Law.
Senn Lanfranco

He is Emeritus Professor of Regional Economics, former Director of the SDA Bocconi Economics Department and president of the Associazione Italiana di Scienze Regionali. He has been Director of CERTeT Centre for Research on Regional Economics, Transport and Tourism and Director of the Master in Economics and Management of Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure, areas in which he continues to carry out his activities. Starting in 2005, he was the former Director of the Bachelor in Management of Public Administration and international Institution (CLAPI). He has been a visiting professor at the Politecnico of Zurich and at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. Expert on regional and transport policies of the European Union. He has been President of Metropolitana Milanese s.p.a.
Sileo Antonio

Antonio Sileo is an expert in energy markets, energy and environmental policy, energy regulation and automotive. A Researcher at IEFE - Bocconi University since 2003, he is a Research Fellow at GREEN and Director of the Energy Innovation Observatory at I-Com – Istituto per la Competitività in Rome. He has worked on numerous research and consultancy projects for private companies, associations and public bodies. He has published articles in various magazines and has been the author and publisher of books. Columnist for the Daily Staffetta, he publishes regularly on other specialized magazines. Antonio holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management and Environmental Economics.
