Managing Information through team work

This paper investigates how a firm can manage information when workers are boundedly rational. We propose a model where firm  
can organise agents in teams to exploit coordination advantages but they also incur in costs of information acquisition and processing. Assuming that new information and communication technologies can reduce these costs, we analyse the emergence of two forms of team coordination.
