7_Croci Edoardo

He is a Senior Research Fellow at GREEN (Centre for Geography, Resources, Environment, Energy and Networks) at Bocconi University, where he coordinates the “Green Economy Observatory” and the "Smart City Observatory". He is also Director of the Sustainable Urban Regeneration Lab and Professor of Practice at Bocconi, where he teaches “Carbon Markets and Carbon Management”, "Transportation and Climate" and "Economics of Sustainable Urban Regeneration". He is scientific coordinator of several Horizon 2020 projects focused on urban sustainability. Member of the Management Committee of the COST Action "Inogov - Innovations in Climate Governance: Sources, Patterns and Effects" and Supplent Member of the Management Committee of COST Action “Implementing Nature-Based Solutions for Creating a Resourceful Circular City”. He is chairman of UERA – Urban European Research Alliance, member of the Thematic Group on Goal 11 (Cities) of UN - SDSN, member of the Team of specialist on policy innovation principles of UNECE. His main research area is related to design and evaluation of sustainable policy at the urban level (environment, energy, mobility, climate). He has served as Milan City Councilor for Mobility, Transport and Environment, Administrator of the Agency for the Protection of the Environment of Lombardy Region, Vice President of FEDARENE (European Federation of Regional Energy and Environment Agency), and Vice President of Italian Agenda 21 Coordination association.
8_De Paoli Luigi

Born on 11 November 1949. He has a Degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He is a Senior Research Fellow at GREEN, where he coordinates the “Renewable Gas Observatory” or “RGO”. Full Professor of Applied Economics. Director of the Bocconi Master in Environmental Economics and Management. Editor of the scientific journal Economia delle fonti di energia e dell'ambiente. He was previously Full Professor of Economics and Management of International Companies at Università di Palermo, and Associate Professor of Energy Economics at Università di Padova and Université des Sciences Sociales de Grenoble. Also Visiting Fellow at SPRU, University of Sussex, Brighton.

Tenured Researcher and Adjunct Professor in Financial Markets and Institutions, Università Bocconi. SDA Senior Professor, Knowledge Group Banking and Insurance, at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Bocconi Representative in the Ellen MacArthur Foundation's Academic Network. Claudio's research is focused on Sustainable and Green Finance, the relationship between Circular Economy and Finance, Venture Capital and Private Equity, Corporate and Investment Banking, Financial Analysis and Evaluation, Organization and Management of Financial Investors and Institutions.
Allena Miriam

Miriam Allena is an Associate Professor at Bocconi University, teaching environmental law, global administrative law and administrative law. She was Associate Research Fellow at the CSLS (Centre for Socio Legal Studies) of the University of Oxford (2015-2017) and Visiting Scholar at the Law School of the UC Berkeley (2019), where she also served as a board member of the Postdoc Teaching Opportunities Program (PTOP), at the NYU (2010), at Trinity College of Dublin (2010 and 2018), and at the Université Montesquieux of Bordeaux (2009-2010). She published two books and more than 70 scientific contributions in international and Italian academic journals. She served as a member of the working group within the Ministry of Public Administration set up to prepare the decrees implementing Law 124/2015 (s.c. 'Reform of the Italian Public Administration') (2015), and as a consultant of the Joint Program 'Policy responses to climate change: sustainable development and energy transition. Supporting Ethiopia in implementing and monitoring INDCs’ (Res4Africa and Italian Ministry of the Environment) (2018). From the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic she has been invited several times at the Senate of the Italian Republic to discuss legislative bills in administrative law matters.
Brenna Claudio

An Economist, he is expert in the field of transport, with particular focus on the railway industry. His activity concerns in particular the themes related to transport services market organization, regulation of public services obligations, tender of PSO, transport demand forecast, CBA of infrastructure projects and technological innovations, services planning and commercial strategy. He started his career at Ferrovie Nord Milano as a collaborator of the commercial office and as a controller and the CEO's executive assistant at Arenaways, then he started a long series of projects in the field of transport economics as a consultant and Researcher for leading Italian institutions and companies, including European Commission, ESA, Regione Lombardia, Ferrovie dello Stato, Ansaldo STS, GTT and others. He is also a lecturer and teaching assistant at various courses at Bocconi University and in the MEMIT Master about transports and logistics.
Candelise Chiara

Dr Chiara Candelise is a Researcher at GREEN and ICEPT (Imperial Centre for Energy Policy and Technology). She is an experienced Energy Economist and policy specialist. Interested in cross-disciplinary research in the field and with a forward-looking interest in sustainability transitions and large-scale changes in socio-economic and technical systems. Her research interests include: energy economics and policy; techno-economic analysis of energy technologies; distributed generation and grid integration; energy access and rural electrification; sustainable energy system transitions; community energy and crowdfunding. Leading expert on techno-economic, market and policy analysis of solar technologies, and on crowdfunding as innovative alternative finance in the energy sector. She has a strong track record in delivering high impact publications and research output and contributions to the energy policy debate. She has contributed to and successfully won several research projects in the field, including: UK Research Council (EPSRC) funded projects, EU H2020 projects and Marie Curie Fellowship. In her background work experience as an economist at both private and public institutions, including the UK Government Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), United Nation Development Programme. She holds a PhD in Energy Economics from Imperial College London (UK), an MSc in Economics, University College London (UK) and a BA in Economics from Bocconi University.

De Carli Alessandro

Alessandro de Carli is an Environmental Engineer focused on Environmental Economics. Born in 1973, he graduated from Politecnico di Milano in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering in 1999. Since 2000, he has been a Research Fellow in Water Economics and Policy at Bocconi University (2000-2010 IEFE; 2011-2018 CERTeT; from 2019 GREEN). Starting in 2016, he is also the director of AquaLAB Foundation, a multidisciplinary research center on water resources and water services. He has been involved in several EU and national projects. From 2008 to 2013, he was the coordinator of the Master in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility (MaGER) at Bocconi University. He is one of the founding members of the Italian Association of Environmental Engineers (AIAT). It carries out its research and consultancy activities in the field of Ecological Economics applied to water resources in order to combine territorial development and protection of environmental resources.
Dorigoni Susanna

Susanna Dorigoni is Professor of Environmental and Energy Economics at the Bicocca University. She graduated in Applied Economics from the Catholic University in Milan and holds a PhD in Transport Economics achieved from the Department of Economics and Quantitative Methods of the University of Genoa. Since 1996 she has been a Research Fellow in Energy Economics and Policy and coordinator of many national and international research projects at the Bocconi University (1996-2011 IEFE; 2015-2108 CERTeT; since 2019 GREEN). Her fields of interest are represented by energy economics, environmental economics, economics of sustainable development, climate change economics, transport economics, regulatory economics, auction theory and environmental cost-benefit analysis. Since 2013 she has been on the Editorial Board of the Review Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment and she is author of various publications in academic journals and books.
Fracchia Fabrizio

Fabrizio Fracchia is Full Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi University, teaching Administrative Law and Public Procurement. He has published extensively (13 books and more than 150 scientific contributions in international and Italian academic journal) in the following main topics: Administrative Law (in particular, Public Procurement Law, Administrative Procedure and Judicial Review), Environmental Law and Public Law of Economics.
