    The study aims at supporting the Comune di Milano to verify the feasibility for a new institution - Milano Mostre - to manage the programming of the exhibitions and cultural events in municipality-owned spaces.
    The macro-objectives of the research are: 

    • to define the cultural aims of the intervention and the competences of the organization; 
    • to define the economic and financial plan, the organizational requirements and the business model; 
    • to define the institutional and governance scheme, taking into consideration the necessity to coordinate with the local system.
